Amaka proposed to her boyfriend of 3 years. He said yes. Days after, she meets a man who in a few days qualifies as the love of her life; they share a connection so strong. Now, she has to break up with her fiancé saying she was just kidding (it's hard to believe of course, she had the ring arranged, dinner etc) he doesn't find this funny. He finds out about the new guy, almost sabotages the affair. And when the new guy still won't let the Joan go, fiancée says he was just kidding too.
