Amelia's life takes a complete turn as a girl when both her parent perished in a fire that burnt them. Amelia is then taken in by her foster parents Mr Nsoboga and Mrs Nsoboga to raise her. After a tragic loss of Amelia's parents Mr Nsoboga takes the opportunity to use Amelia for his gainful needs, he uses her to work at his bar and eventually sells her into prostitution.
